“Eliminate one permission.” Today, just one. Maybe one more tomorrow or the next day. Get better at how you manage permission. People treat you the way you permit them to treat you. You’ve trained them. And so when they burden you with unwanted obligations, or interrupt the progress of your day, or in some way distract you and get you off course, know that they do these things because you’ve given them permission.
