I was researching some ideas about articles on addiction and I came across Dr. Robert Lefever’s video’s. I reviewed a few of them and found that they really focus on the indepth problems of addiction. The how’s, why’s, what can be done, how can I help myself, etc. The 3 most common addictions are alcohol, drugs, and eating disorders(both anorexia & bulimia.)
